We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. 

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12::00 pm CST (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and PO Boxes cannot be expedited and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

All international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

Priority Mail International does provide tracking information and is insured up to $100. Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note transit times above are provided by USPS and are not necessarily guaranteed.

Return Policy

For your convenience, T.S.O.G. offers free returns on online purchases.  Your purchase may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. All goods must be returned in original, unused and resalable condition along with a copy of your original T.S.O.G. invoice. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. 

1. Contact info@tsogbrand.com and provide your invoice/order number. We'll email you a pre-paid return label.

1. Pack your T.S.O.G. product in a box.

2. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of your return box and drop it off at any US Postal Office. If it's an international order, drop it off at your local postal office. 

Note* Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt.
